Young French pianist Amandine Savary gives the final recital of the British Music Society of York’s 88th season tonight at 8pm in the Sir Jack Lyons Concert Hall, University of York.
The programme has changed since its announcement in the BMS brochure and now comprises Brahms’s Ballades Opus 10, Dutilleux’s Sonata Opus 1, Debussy’s Estampes and three pieces from Vingt Regards Sur L’Enfant Jesus by Messiaen.
Amandine has formed the Salvador Dali Piano Trio, whose album of Ravel chamber music is soon to be released.
