REGGAE greats The Wailers will return to Britain in March for a rescheduled tour with a new line-up that features founder Aston “Familyman” Barrett and original Wailers’ band members Julian Junior Marvin and Donald Kinsey.

The second night of the 14-date itinerary will bring them to Leeds O2 Academy on March 9 as The Wailers carry their "revolutionary sound and message to loyal fans around the world".

The late Bob Marley's former band will play the iconic 1984 compilation album Legend in its entirety, including such hits as No Woman, No Cry, Three Little Birds, I Shot The Sheriff and Jamming.

Joining old-school members Barrett, on bass, Marvin, on lead guitar and vocals, and Kinsey, on lead guitar, will be the new-generation talent of drummer Aston Barrett Jr, Barrett's son and nephew of Wailers' co-founder and innovative drummer Carlton “Carly” Barrett.

In the band too will be Joshua David Barrett, lead vocals and rhythm guitar; Shema McGregor, vocals and harmony; Owen “Dreadie” Reid, rhythm guitar and bass, and Javaughn Bond, keyboards and vocals. Marley sound engineer Dennis Thompson will be working his magic too.
