York Guitar Quartet
FOR their second Last Fridays concert of the season, York Unitarians welcome back the York Guitar Quartet on April 29 at 12.30pm.
Mark Curry, tenor guitar, Andrew Forrest and John Mackenzie, requinto and tenor guitar, and David Scarth, bass guitar, play a mixture of arrangements and original compositions for guitar ensemble by composers ranging from Janacek to Piazzolla, and their set list will be around material from their albums On The Overgrown Path and Elegy.
The Last Fridays concerts are held at Grade II listed York Unitarian Chapel in St Saviourgate. Tickets will be available on the door at £6, concessions £4.
