The Black Swan, York
THE Black Swan Folk Club presents York’s Winter Folk Day on Sunday as part of York Residents’ Festival 2015 on Sunday from 2pm to 5.30pm and 7.30pm to10.30pm.
Half-hour spots by 13 different soloists, duos and bands take place at the Black Swan Inn, Peasholme Green, York, in an event that is free to York Card holders and costs £3, concessions £2, for others, on the door, space permitting.
On Thursday, February 5, the Black Swan Folk Club presents Kelly Oliver and Project Jam Sandwich, a “New Roots” double bill of young singer/guitarist and a five-piece world music band. Tickets cost £8, concessions £7, on the door or at wegottickets.com
