SWISS pianist Louis Schwizgebel performs Mozart, Beethoven and Schubert sonatas at the Sir Jack Lyons Concert Hall, University of York, on Friday, December 13.
This 8pm programme, which includes Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata, will be the third in the 2013/14 season of six chamber concerts presented by BMS York in tandem with the University of York department of music.
“After being the runner-up at the Leeds piano festival last year, Louis is established as one of the leading talents of his generation,” says BMS York publicity officer Tony Ridge.
