CINEMA historian and archivist Tim Addyman will reprise his illustrated talk on The History Of Cinema In York at City Screen on Sunday, January 17.
Tim’s guide to the city’s silver-screen heyday and the decline and fall of the picture houses of the past will combine his own research with assorted reminiscences, as first heard during Fairfax House’s Silver Screen Week last September.
Tea or coffee and pastries will be served from 11am; the talk starts at 11.30; admission is free for members, £5 for non-members.
