THE New School House Gallery, in Peasholme Green, York, will welcome Hannah Lovett, winner of 53 Degrees North 2010, for a two-week residency from January 11.
“As artist in residence, Hannah will be lamp-working recycled glass and combining it with textiles and mixed media,” says gallery co-owner Robert Reed.
Meanwhile, Robert and co-owner Paula Jackson invite you to join them for a glass of Cava tomorrow afternoon to celebrate the gallery’s first year.
The New School House will be open on Sunday from noon to 3pm and normal opening times will be in operation until Christmas Eve, followed by 11am to 4pm on December 28 and 29 before the gallery closes until January 8.
