VISITORS to York Hospital can have their picture taken today with one of the Olympic torches carried through North Yorkshire.
Roger Nicholls, former head teacher of Lidgett Grove Special School, carried the Olympic flame in Scarborough, on Monday, and has lent his torch to the hospital to raise money for its Star Appeal.
Anyone at the hospital between 10am and 4pm today, can have their picture taken for a £5 donation.
