I WISH to thank three ladies and one eight-year-old daughter.
I had a bad fall near Morrisons at Acomb and was unable to get up.
One lady put her coat down for me to kneel on. They then struggled to get me up.
The hairdressers from across the road provided a chair. One lady phoned for assistance and a first aider took me to A&E.
I spent a week in Ward 25.
