I WOULD like to pass on my gratitude to passengers of the number 10 bus that was due to leave Piccadilly at 4.05pm on August 16.
My husband was taken ill and needed an ambulance and caused a significant delay to the bus.
Passengers’ patience and understanding was magnificent and I would like to say a huge thank you to all affected.
