RE the story about chopping down trees at Clifton Moor (The Press, June 7).
How many people have done as I do, pulling out the car halfway to look and see if cars are coming either way on Clifton Moor when traffic is obscuring the view?
They need to be concreted like the Tesco site. That is much cleaner and you can see to avoid accidents.
We need to keep hedges trim and maybe get rid of every other tree.
No other sites around Yorkshire have trees blocking the view of our shops.
