I TRAVEL up and down Melrosegate on a regular basis.
Over the past year or so I cannot remember passing the playing field between Fourth Avenue and Fifth Avenue without seeing someone exercising their dog(s) on it. Unsurprisingly, I no longer notice anyone using this field for playing games.
Does anyone know whether there are any plans to resurrect this field as a sports facility or is it to remain a council-maintained dog bog?
