A view over Lendal Bridge to York Minster
WHILE walking away from the railway station towards the city centre I was approached by a young man who asked where the Minster was.
An easy question I thought and began to point at the back of him and also tell him it was behind him. "Oh no it isn’t,” he said. I did not stay to argue with him.
No more tourist help from me. I am currently wearing a badge that says I live in Doncaster.
