IT WAS interesting to read the letter of May 12 from David Horton saying that he and Tracey Simpson-Laing spent hours walking the streets of Acomb talking and listening to people’s complaints. It’s a pity they didn’t do anything about them.
Myself and Mr Cox have complained about overgrown hedges for years but nothing has been done. No doubt when these two walked around they did it in single file and on grass verges. The hedges still cover footpaths.
