IT IS ridiculous that in the West Indies v England Test series they did not use the technology available for dismissals reviews.
Presently, the use of this is at the whim of the host nation, and is being led by India who are powerful in the international cricketing authorities.
The technology should be compulsory for all Test matches, unless there is a technical reason why it cannot be implemented.
