A new law is aimed at the business end for dog owners
I SEE that the government has introduced a new law to stop the plague of dog fouling on the streets and parks.
It is basically a reversal of the law of going out equipped to commit a crime, which amounts to “going out to do the business”.
The new law by contrast is aimed at people not equipped with poo bags to pick up the waste – so it is aimed at “people not going out to pick up the business”.
