RECENTLY 20mph signs were put up in the avenue where I live; there are already speed humps.
The speed restriction has made no difference to drivers at all and especially those who use use it as a rat-run between Thief Lane and Greendykes Lane.
If the speed restrictions are not enforced, what is the point? It is just a waste of money and the signs are an eyesore. We already have too many in general.
