WHAT a cruel and despicable act carried out by Katie Gosley-Shaw on her own grandmother (The Press, January 14).
How merciless to exploit a family member for her own selfish ends, leaving her grandmother not able to buy new clothes and frightened to run her heating. Her actions are “lower than a toilet on a submarine”.
