THE General Election will soon be upon us in May 2015 and we have Mr Cameron, Clegg and Milliband and now Mr Farage and Salmond jumping into the fray.
Reading Chris Moncrieff’s article (The Press, December 10) made me think of the film Waterloo.
Before the battle, Wellington is going through the Irish soldiers and turns to his companion and to paraphrase his words – “I don’t know what they will do to this country but by God they frighten me.”
