Former Justice Secretary Kenneth Clarke, who strikes an unexpected chord with our letter writer
WHEN reading my paper the other day, I was interested to see an interview with Mr K Clarke,Conservative MP and recently retired Minister and was surprised to find that I agreed with almost every opinion that Mr Clarke expressed.
My surprise is because I am a committed Labour voter so the problem is... am I an undiscovered extremely left-wing Conservative or is Mr Clarke an undiscovered extremely right-wing Labour supporter?
Politics! A mystery.
