REGARDING your recent review of Goldfrapp at the Barbican (The Press, April 7), your reviewer was able to put in enough information regarding this concert to prove they were actually there.
But they were incorrect in stating that Oh La La was played because it was not. They were also incorrect in saying that there was no connection on an emotional level.
I experienced shivers on a couple of occasions and the audience was on its feet for the second half of the show. On leaving the Barbican the audience was buzzing, having enjoyed a memorable evening.
Reviews are always going to be subjective but surely your reviewers should get their facts right.
