STAFF from a building firm are about to take a two-wheeled tour through Yorkshire in aid of Wetherby’s Martin House Children’s Hospice.
Cycling enthusiasts from Redrow Homes are set to start the Big Bike Ride – a 260 mile trek around the company’s developments in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, including a stop off at Martin House.
The ride ends on Friday, and is part of the housebuilder’s 40th anniversary celebrations, which sees employees across England and Wales competing to raise as much money as possible for local causes.
Martin House is the chosen charity for the Yorkshire division.
So far staff have taken part in various events including the 33-mile Le Petit Depart, dragon boat racing and the Tough Mudder assault course. To sponsor them, go to www.justgiving.com/Redrow-Homes-Yorkshire.
