Night of girl power in aid of breast cancer charity
GIRL power will be raising money to help in a charity’s battle against breast cancer.
Bishopthorpe Sports and Social Club is hosting the evening, featuring girl band Against Habit and other acts on Saturday, August 23.
Doors open at 6pm at the club in Main Street, Bishopthorpe, for the event, in aid of the charity Against Breast Cancer.
Children go free for the night of fun, which also includes face painting, cake sales, comedy, and magic.
The line up also includes singers Alice Pimm and Shanley Cross and magic man Josh Benson.
Adult admission of £4 can be paid on the door.
