TRAFFIC data company Sky High’s plans to acquire the traffic survey and market research arm of Clearview Traffic Group were approved at an extraordinary general meeting today.
Sky High, based in Tadcaster, will buy Count On Us, through the issue of new shares worth £450,000. It has also raised £371,000 for working capital.
