THE executive chef for the Royal Automobile Club has visited the Thirsk base of cheese-makers Shepherds Purse.
Philip Corrick, of the RAC, which is a regular Shepherds Purse customer, toured the award-winning firm’s dairy and learned how the products served at the RAC’s fine dining restaurants at clubhouses in London and Epsom are made.
Katie Bell, sales and marketing director at Shepherd Purse, said: “It’s a privilege to supply such well respected private members clubs and we hope our traditionally handcrafted cheeses will be well received.”
