HUNTERS Property Group of York has extended its Hunters Personal concept to Manchester.
Carl Crompton, a former operations director of a national telecoms and technology company, has bought the Hunters Personal franchise for Whitefield and Prestwich.
The concept involves franchising home-based agents to sell and let properties in their own communities. Kevin Hollinrake, managing director of Hunters Property Group, said: “We are confident that Hunters Personal will be very popular in Manchester. “Personal agents like Carl look after an area surrounding their own home so they know their community intimately.
“As a result, they can offer a much more personal, one-to-one service.”
He said he believed there was capacity for as many as 50 Hunters Personal franchises in Manchester.
