Welcom Software, of Harrogate, which won the Press Progress Through People award last year, has been rewarded yet again twice over for its commitment to staff development.
The business solutions specialist has been recognised as leading edge in the IT industry after being awarded highly-commended status in the City & Guilds Employer of the Year category of the Orange Business Awards.
It has also become one of only four companies in the Yorkshire & Humberside region to achieve the Recruitment & Selection model from Investors in People (IiP).
Nigel Corp, chief operating officer, said: "These accolades are testament to the open staff culture we have at Welcom and further add to the recognition we have in this area.
"Everything the company does is visible, nothing is hidden and everyone is involved. Problems are always welcome and we'd rather hear them than be surprised. We are absolutely committed to involving staff at all levels when it comes to running the business."
