HUNTERS Property Group, the York-based independent estate agency, is expanding with the launch of three new home-based franchise branches well outside its Yorkshire heartland.
The new Hunters Personal branches are in Ilford, Essex, the Isle of Wight and Scunthorpe.
Kevin Hollinrake, managing director and co-founder of Hunters, said: “All personal agents are supported by Hunters Property Group and have full access to those house-seekers registered on our database. We believe the concept is a win-win as vendors get a more personal service and the agents earn considerably more than they would as employees.”
The new agents come from a variety of backgrounds.
He said: “What matters most is not what they have done in the past, but whether they have the right attitude that will equip them to work hard for themselves.”
