Blacks outlet official opened at Monks Cross
THE Lord Mayor of York was the guest of honour as a new shop catering for outdoor pursuits opened in the city.
John Galvin attended the official opening of the new Blacks outlet at Monks Cross, following the closure of its previous store at the centre.
Area manager Paul Griffin said the launch event had been a success and opening-day shoppers had been given the chance to try out a climbing wall.
