THE Angel Inn at Topcliffe, near Thirsk, has been sold through specialist hotel and licensed property agents, Colliers Robert Barry, acting on behalf of Mowbray Hotels.
Easily accessible from the A1 and A19, the Angel has good class all-round hotel facilities, including 15 en suite letting bedrooms, restaurant, bars, function suite, garden and car park.
The new owner is Hartlepool -based Camerons Brewery.
Colliers Robert Barry Leeds office director, Peter Bean, said: "The Angel is a well-known and popular inn which was marketed discreetly to known buyers. A deal was agreed quickly."
The sale price was not disclosed.
