YORK headquartered estate agency group has grown its national network with the opening of a new branch in Filey.
Hunters has opened on the Yorkshire Coast through franchisees Nicola and Iain Simmonds, who count the Filey site as their fourth office.
Hunters, which opened its first office in York in 1992 and its first franchising branch in 2006, now has a network of more than 200 branches nationwide.
Glynis Frew, chief executive of Hunters Property Plc, which is headquartered in Heworth Green, said: “We are delighted that Nicola, Iain and their team continue to strengthen Hunters’ presence in this important part of the country.
“Our presence on the Yorkshire Coast represents a brilliant success story for the Hunters franchising journey, with Nicola opening our second ever franchised branch in 2007. It is fantastic to see that just 10 years later they have expanded.”
