LOYALTY has brought its own rewards for the York Roast Company.

The York-headquartered venture’s loyalty scheme has led to it selling an extra 12,000 sandwiches a year.

The reward system, called ‘Love Roasts, Love Locals’ and set up by leading loyalty reward specialist Loyalty Pro, has been installed in all six of its sites across the country.

Managing director Wayne Chadwick said: “We are a fast-growing business and it’s crucial for us to be able to engage with our customers and build a database so that we can continually promote to them. Loyalty Pro is a great system and the team behind it is very responsive.”
