A SUPPLIER of high-quality British produce has appointed York accountancy firm Garbutt + Elliott to manage its finances and tax affairs.
The London Deli Co, which sells products including luxury biscuits, crisps, conserves and confections, selected the Monks Cross-based firm to assist with financial matters, such as corporation tax, and to help expand the company through business advice.
Garbutt + Elliott previously provided the London Deli Co with its cloud-based accounting, Xero.
Craig Benton, director of The London Deli Co, said: “Last year we worked with Garbutt + Elliott on a project-by-project basis, but we soon came to realise that it could offer a much more effective, integrated service.”
Garbutt + Elliott’s expertise with Xero and the Datamolino programme helps clients improve data processing, reduces the need for sending paper records and increases efficiency.
Hilary Dyson, business services manager at Garbutt + Elliott, will demonstrate Xero accounting software's potential at a free-to-attend event on June 9 at the firm's office on Monks Cross Drive.
