A YORK-based agency specialising in assisting with company formations is expanding in Yorkshire alongside branch openings in London and overseas.

Turner Little, based at York Business Park in Nether Poppleton, said the opening of its new Sheffield office comes at a "key stage" for the company's growth plans.

Specialising in company registrations, finance and business consultancy, the move to Sheffield will be headed by Chris Hands, a director at the firm.

The new South Yorkshire office will follow a similar structure to the York business in providing business advice and consultancy for start-up and growing organisation in the UK and abroad.

Beyond Yorkshire, Turner Little is setting sights further afield by establishing a London office in addition to another new office in Cyprus which is already operational, bridging the distance between existing and new clients abroad.

Commenting on the expansion plans for the year ahead, James Turner, director of Turner Little said: "We’re thrilled to announce our expansion to Sheffield. We have purposely chosen to make the move into the city to be more connected to our clients across Yorkshire, but also to better reach those in the midlands too.

"This is the first stage of our plans to expand across the UK, with a team of 19 at present with further Yorkshire hires on the cards from the spring.

"Beyond that, we have established another new office in Cyprus due to increased demand from abroad. Similar to our current offices, this branch will also bring expert company services and banking consultancy to the country, allowing us to bridge the physical distance between clients in Russia, East Europe and The UAE in addition to Cyprus itself."

After 25 years of assisting clients with company formations in the UK and overseas, Turner Little has developed close working relationships with overseas agents in the United States, Hong Kong and Russia, and with potential clients from Eastern Europe, Asia and the Far East becoming increasingly interested in UK company structures, this year the firm has also reported “exponential” expansion in interest received in UAE companies and banking arrangements along with Cyprus-based entities.

The new Yorkshire office, close to Sheffield city centre, sits within Blades Enterprise Centre beside Bramall Lane football stadium.
