YORK-based company formation agency Turner Little is expanding its UK operations following a growth in its international client base.

After 25 years of assisting clients with company formations in the UK and overseas, Turner Little will mark 2016 by opening a second office in London.

The firm, based at York Business Park in Nether Poppleton, has developed close working relationships with overseas agents in the United States, Hong Kong and Russia, and with potential clients from Eastern Europe, Asia and the Far East becoming increasingly interested in UK company structures, Turner Little saw value in moving to the capital.

Company director James Turner said: "We believe the move will enable Turner Little to provide a more hands on approach to our dealings with our international clients.

"Despite the growth of northern UK businesses in the last couple of years, London is still seen as one of the world’s biggest business capitals. Expanding our operations south illustrates the growth that we have experienced."

This year Turner Little has also reported "exponential" expansion in interest received in UAE companies and banking arrangements along with Cyprus based entities. As a result, the firm intends to set up incorporation agents in both jurisdictions to provide a local experience and to facilitate better arrangements for potential clients.

Founded in 1998, as a specialist UK banking and corporate services provider Turner Little rapidly expanded to provide services offshore as well as in the UK, assisting clients with company formations in the UK as well as with the formation of companies overseas.
