AN INTERNATIONAL mediation expert is speaking in York after being signed up as the keynote speaker for Network York's latest event.
The networking group has invited Dr Frank Hanna to deliver his seminar "Understanding Conflict and its effect on the Workplace...and Everywhere Else" at its meeting tomorrow at the National Railway Museum.
The event and discussion deals with the issue of conflict and its resolution through mediation.
Following a career as a solicitor in Belfast, Mr Hanna moved to the US to study mediation, before being appointed a contract mediator for the United States Government and elected President of the Arizona Dispute Resolution Association.
Running from 1pm to 4pm tomorrow, the event is the latest in a monthly programme organised by Network York, which was founded nine years ago, and has a membership base of 20. For more information visit www.network-york.co.uk
