LAND Rover Defender specialist Twisted Automotive has signed a British racing driver as its international brand ambassador.
Max Chilton, pictured above, has agreed a multi-year partnership with the Thirsk-based firm, which will see him support the Twisted brand across digital and event campaigns.
Alex Duckett, operations director at Twisted said: "Twisted strives to maintain its global reputation for creating the finest Land Rover Defenders money can buy. It is important that we work with people who share our passion for unapologetic quality and performance, and Max is the perfect fit."
Twisted specialises in taking the standard Defender and making extensive modifications, spending more than 300 hours improving everything from simple bolts, to full engine rebuilds and luxury interiors.
Mr Chilton said: "I'm a huge fan of the Defender and it’s incredible to see what Twisted can do these iconic vehicles. I'm really excited to be representing them and delighted to have them as an official supporter."
