A LAUNCH night has been held for a newly opened artisanal food hub in Malton.
The Talbot Yard on Yorkersgate is home to fully-refurbished food production unit, which were unveiled for the first time on Thursday night.
The units, refurbished by Fitzwilliam Malton Estate, were open to invited guests and interested parties, and are opposite the Talbot Hotel and the James Martin Restaurant.
Special guest Belinda Williams, founder of Yorkshire Provender soup company, helped with the launch. Yorkshire Provender is a North Yorkshire success-story retailing its range of hand-prepared soups through outlets which include Waitrose and Booths.
