Aromatherapy business sold
A FORMER Pocklington School pupil who left the legal profession to launch a healthcare venture has sold his aromatherapy business.
Ian Richardson, a former corporate partner with Eversheds, has sold aromatherapy products business, Aromatherapy Associates Limited to B&B Investment Partners LLP for an undisclosed sum.
B&B Investment Partners LLP is the manager of a newly formed specialised investment fund established in partnership with Alliance Boots.
Mr Richardson acquired Aromatherapy Associates in December 2009 through his investment company Optivi Limited, which specialises in investing within the health, skincare and general wellbeing sectors.
