New gym to create 15 jobs
A NATIONAL gym chain is opening a new site in York with the creation of 15 new jobs.
PureGym has announced it is opening a new 22,754sq ft fitness centre in Stirling Road by the end of the year.
Describing the new development, property director for PureGym Angela Crawshaw, said: “The PureGym York will provide local residents with a fully equipped gym that offers not only exceptional value for money at an affordable price, but membership without a contract that ties you in for a long period of time.”
The gym, which will become part of the Clifton Moor offering, will feature 220 pieces of equipment and will be open 24 hours a day seven days a week.
