PRIVATE jet and helicopter charter company FlyMeNow is to transport VIPs trackside for the Formula 1 British Grand Prix at Silverstone.
Under the exclusive three-year deal with nearby Cranfield Airport, the York business will run a fleet of helicopters running a continuous shuttle service every few minutes.
FlyMeNow has been involved with the Formula 1 British Grand Prix for the past seven years.
Andrew Whitney, commercial director, said: “We fly drivers, their teams and even parts of thecars.
“They tell us they need to know that we’ll be there every year, ready to depart immediately. Our corporate clients also need flawless arrangements, as they may be entertaining their most important clients.”
