POCKLINGTON-based 100% Effective is working to improve businesses around the world with its training and consultancy packages.
As a small business, employing a team of six, the firm has secured a number of large overseas contract wins with multinationals, beating competition from larger counterparts.
Growth overseas has seen revenue from non-UK businesses increase from just over ten per cent in 2012 and 2013 to 31 per cent the first half of 2014.
In 2013 hundreds of delegates took training from 100% Effective, both in-house and online, in 30 different countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Australia, China and Mexico.
Philippa McIntosh, marketing manager at 100% Effective, said: “So far this year we have built on this trend and delivered training to countries we’ve never operated in before, such as Romania and Norway.
“We’re building strong relationships with our big name clients such as Ricoh, PWC, TUI and Visa Europe which we expect to generate further sales.
“Our overseas clients are thrilled with the service they are getting because we have more flexibility than big names and can help meet their unique needs every step of the way.”
Bosses at 100% Effective say they are already well underway with plans to open franchises using their UK business model in Denmark, Germany, Luxemburg and Spain, with further expansion planned in 2015 in Australia and Africa.
