VENTRESS Hannah Pat and Ian would like to thank Paul, David and all family and friends. Also staff at Amelia House. Special thanks to Michelle Burns for conducting Hannah's celebration of life. Also to Hayley Owen Funeral Director. Special thanks to Hotel Du Vin. The collection to support Amelia House residents fund raised £217.27p at the service. Thank you for the cards of condolence and words of comfort and support during this recent sad time.
