TAYLOR Kevin Thomas Elaine and family would like to thank everyone who sent cards and came to say their goodbye to Kevin, a special thank you to Jed and Karen who helped me at this sad time, thank you to Rob Livesey for a lovely service, also to Richard And Rymers Funeral Directors who looked after Kevin with great dignity, the staff at York Hospital I.C.U Department for whom we collected £250.36 in donations, thank you all for your kind generosity.
