Special thanks to Doctor Saxby, Community nurses and Hospice at Home for their exceptional care shown to Chris, also carers Kai and Nigel. Thanks to Bryan Mills and Tracey Lynn for thoughtful and efficient arrangements and Maggy Ellison for a compassionate service.
