MIDDLETON Thomas (Arthur) Pauline and family would like to thank you all for your sympathy cards and messages of support. Also thank you to Rev'd Ian Birkinshaw for a very comforting service and excellent account of Arthur's life and to James and Jeff of Rymers for their efficient funeral arrangements. A big big thank you to all the wonderful staff of Amarna House for the love and kindness shown to Arthur during his last 2 years in their excellent care.
