SPARHAM Kathleen Known as Kay Passed away peacefully at St Leonards Hospice on March 10th 2018, aged 88. Loving Mum and Grandma. Funeral service to take place at York Crematorium on Tuesday April 10th 2018 at 12.20pm. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to St Leonards Hospice. A plate will be provided at the service.
