HAWKINS Dean Martin On June 14th, 2017, 2 days before his retirement and 60th birthday. Amazing husband to Tracey, loving dad to Courtney, Gareth and Stephanie, father-in-law to Gill and Adam, a much loved son to Pauline and Horace. Much loved son-in-law to Anne, brother to Peter, Jerry, Adam and Melanie. Also devoted grandad to Lily, Isla, Erika, Jack and Leo. Funeral service to take place at St Joseph's RC Church, Tadcaster, on Friday, June 30th, 2017, at 11.00a.m, followed by private interment. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to St Leonards Hospice and SCBU. A donation plate will be provided at the service. All enquiries to J.Rymer Funeral Directors. Tel 01904 624320.
