HARTLEY Jack Passed away peacefully on March 20th, 2017, aged 85 years. Beloved husband of the late Jean. Much loved dad of Gary, Jacqueline, Steven and Graham. Also a special grandad and great-grandad. Funeral service at the York Crematorium on Wednesday, April 5th, at 10.20am. Family flowers only please, donations to the British Heart Foundation.
