HORNER Philip Passed away peacefully at home, after a long illness on February 14th 2017, aged 48 years. Beloved husband of Samantha. Much loved father of Ellen, Marcus, Alexander and Lillian. Dear son of Maud and the late Malcolm, son in law of Liz and Alan, brother of Michelle and Lyn, also brother-in-law and a fun uncle to many. Funeral service at York Cemetery Chapel on Monday, February 27th at 2.30p.m. Donations to Mind.

Crikey Phil. I can't believe your gone. I'm so sorry. We had a few fun times at the farm, and it seems I'd only just started to get to know you again when we bumped into each other when I was working round the corner. Bye old lad.
